Authentication & Quality Assurance
Every item sold by EP Jewelry is Professionally inspected, Authenticated, cleaned, and polished prior to being offered for sale.
We utilize state-of-the-art testing equipment, professional third-party appraisals (on select pieces), and our full-service in-house jewelry repair shop to accurately evaluate authenticity, metal content, stone integrity, structural soundness, and overall condition. Each piece is reviewed to ensure it meets our standards before it ever reaches our display cases or website.
We guarantee that all items are accurately represented and authenticated.
We further back our guarantee with our 30-day return policy, If you're not happy with your purchase just return the item in accordance with our return policy for a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Free Fully Insured Shipping (U.S. Only)
All orders ship free within the United States via UPS, fully insured for the full purchase price. Signature is required on all deliveries to meet insurance requirements. We do not offer overnight shipping.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking & Delivery Restrictions
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information.
For insurance reasons, delivery addresses and delivery dates cannot be changed after shipment.
Holiday Delivery
During peak holiday periods, carrier delays may occur due to volume and weather. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy – U.S. Orders Only
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Original invoices or documentation should be included
- Items altered by third-party jewelers or damaged may not be accepted
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times vary by payment provider.
Returns Authorization Required
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions and ensure proper insurance coverage.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of repeated or abusive return activity.
Free Ring Sizing
We have our own Jewelry Repair shop on site, so we can provide complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down, with the exception of select styles that require larger amounts of precious metals to enlarge. These exceptions will incur an extra cost, but only the cost of our in house labor and materials - Size changes over 2 sizes will only incur our extra cost of labor and materials as well.
CAN ALL RINGS BE RESIZED?
While most rings can be resized easily, some limitations may arise due to a ring's style, restricting how much they can be enlarged or reduced (if at all).
Prior to purchasing, please utilize the "email us" link provided in the listing to inform us of the required size, allowing us to confirm its suitability for the ring.
When placing an order, please input the desired size in the resizing request field on the checkout cart page.
IMPORTANT-
For accurate sizing, we recommend visiting a local jewelry store and having your finger measured. Many jewelry stores offer this service. Having professional measurements will ensure the ring is resized correctly from the outset.
Resizing is normally 2-5 business days so expect shipment within a week or less after initially ordering.
